I reluctantly dropped off my 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor at Ted Russell Ford's service department for the third time. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues, I still find myself facing the same problems.
In my pursuit of resolution, I reached out to Ford customer care, providing them with my case number and a detailed account of the persistent issues. They have now assigned an agent to my case and assured me they will be in touch shortly.

After spending a couple hours at Boo at the Zoo with my family we got back to the truck and it made the dreaded shaking and knocking noise. I turned off the truck and turned it back on again which usually fixes the problem. This time the truck started up with a very muffled sound. The engine light is now permanently on and it has severely reduced power.

When I arrived they said they fixed the issues and due to the codes that were stored in the system they replaced the throttle body.

When I got to the service department they looked up the codes and said there was nothing they can do. They stated it's an issue with the new 3.5l EcoBoost engine and that Ford is working on a fix. The code reported was SSM 51827

After starting the truck it was making a loud knocking noise and shaking. The dash said "Service Immediately". I contacted Ted Russell Ford and they said to bring it in.
